We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any returns for all items, except defective/incorrect items.
If you have received a defective item/incorrect, kindly contact us within 2 business days of receipt for verification of the defect. We truly apologise if you have received a defective item. We will promptly rectify the issue and check on the replacement piece. Should there be a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned defective/incorrect item. However, in the event where the item is out of stock, we will advise on the lead time to indent the item.
EMKL Enterprise will not be liable should the customer purchase our products from any third party and we will not accede to any request for a return. We regret to inform you that we do not allow cash refunds for any returns, under any circumstances.
EMKL Enterprise reserve the right to reject any unsuitable returns that does not fall under defective or incorrect items.
