• Contract Activation: 2 weeks upon order confirmation.

• System Recovery up to Operating System level, exclude restoration of data and applications.
• Upgrade of Firmware or OS versions/patches are not included in the contract.
• All serial numbers have to be provided. Equipment without serial numbers is not subjected to agreed SLA.
• Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude maintenance of add-on HBA/FC Card, Tape Drive or SSD, KVM Switch, Monitor & UPS.
• Prices exclude maintenance of consumables (eg. printer cartridges, toner, UPS battery, CMOS Battery & Controller Battery).
• If required, Innovix Services shall conduct site inspection on the equipment before the commencement of Maintenance coverage.
• Additional charges may apply for faulty equipment that needs to be repaired before the commencement of the contract.
• Applicable for Mainland Singapore, excluding offshore and Jurong Islands.
